SoFaaS™ is VectorCare's Epic runtime — built for our apps, open to vendors.

VectorCare builds SoFaaS™ — SMART on FHIR as a Service — the compliant runtime this site describes. We built it so our own apps could launch inside Epic with a HIPAA BAA, SOC 2 Type II evidence, and U.S. residency for production PHI. We now offer that same runtime to other healthcare vendors.

SoFaaS™ is not a Showroom listing and not a Redox or 1upHealth replacement. It composes with those platforms for non-Epic data flows. Epic owns the listing queue. Hospitals own their BAAs and security reviews. We own the package the listing points at.

How VectorCare uses the runtime is the dogfood story: our own Epic deployments run on it. VectorCare.com is the patient-logistics product (transportation, DME, home health, post-acute placement). That product is a customer of the runtime. It is not this site, and it is not what vendors buy here.
